If at anytime you have an issue with item received , please notify us ASAP info@thenirenecollection.com for us to correct issue. If you are not satisfied with unit we do offer refunds.

WE ONLY OFFER REFUND IF:

1. Unit/ hair extension has not been worn
2. Lace still needs to be attached
3. Unit/ extensions is in the same condition as originally sent

We do not offer refunds on ANY used item. If item, Unit or extensions has been altered in anyway we do not offer refunds but If you have purchased and after some time is not happy. Again send us your feedback to info@thenirenecollection.com and we will accommodate if its an issue on our end.

We do not do exchanges. Due to the high demand of our products, we cant do exchanges. If you have purchased an item and you no longer want it. Please refer to our returns/ Refund policy.
