If at anytime you have an issue with item received, please notify us ASAP info@thenirenecollection.com for us to correct issue. If you are not satisfied with unit we do offer refunds.

We Offer Refunds IF:

1. The Unit/Hair Extension has not been worn.
2. Lace is still attached.
3. Unit/Hair Extensions is in the same condition it was originally sent.

We do not offer refunds on ANY used item. If item, unit and/or extensions has been altered in anyway, we do not offer refunds. If you have purchased and after some time is not happy. Again send us your feedback to info@thenirenecollection.com and we will accommodate if its an issue on our end.

We do not do exchanges. Due to the high demand of our products, we cant do exchanges. If you have purchased an item and you no longer want it. Please refer to our returns/refund policy.
